Maze arbejder hårdt i mere end 100 virksomheder i 13 forskellige lande

Maze har siden 2004 hjulpet virksomheder med at mindske variationer i medarbejdernes præstationer ved at monitorere og ændre medarbejderadfærd.

Konceptet blev født i detailhandelsbranchen, men anvendes nu også i finanssektoren og på supermarkeder/forbrugsvarer med lige så stor succes.

Vi har kontor i København, Oslo, Stockholm og London.

Vi har opnået økonomisk overskud hvert år siden opstarten, og vi er 100 % ejet af vores partnere.

  • Bo Rasmussen

    Partner og stifter af Maze & Partners i Danmark

    Bo har mange års erfaring med udvikling af kæder og store salgsorganisationer. Både fra industrien og konsulentsiden. Linjeansvar og erfaring på direktionsniveau.

    Bo er uddannet fra CBS og har gennemført detailhandelsstudier i Europa og USA via Sterling University.

    Frustration over store variationer i kæders og salgsorganisationers evne til at gennemføre koncepter, og deres manglende fokus på at bruge bedste praksis og dermed udnytte organisationernes iboende økonomiske potentialer førte til etablering af Maze & Partners i Danmark.

  • Henrik Rasmussen

    Managing Director - Denmark

    Henrik led the expansion of Maze outside Norway and now has an impressive portfolio of clients. He has led Maze client projects with a strong focus on customer journey/feedback and also those where the emphasis has included best-practice sharing and people productivity.

    His delivery experience covers domestic and international retailers within real estate brokerage, telecom, convenience stores, opticians, fashion, pharmacies and building materials. Maze & Partners Denmark currently serve clients in Denmark and across continental Europe (France, Benelux, Austria, and Switzerland)

    Prior to joining Maze, Henrik had years’ 15 experience in sales, marketing and retail operations in various management positions.

    Svein Aasheim har en baggrund som flytekniker og programmør af F16 fly i det norske forsvar. Dette kan være en af grundene til at Maze systemer altid fungerer i daglig brug ude i frontlinjen – uden at brugerne skal ringe nogen sted for at få at vide hvad de skal gøre. Intuitivt og umiddelbart.

  • Frode Berg

    Chairman and MD of the Maze Group

    Frode has over 20 years’ experience in managing distributed sales and service organisations in the UK, Europe and America. In 2004, he became one of the founders of the Maze group of companies, and has since led the company’s development and expansion into new markets.

    Prior to co-founding Maze, Frode was the CEO of international sales and service companies listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. He successfully implemented new ways of reducing performance variability across 100+ branch offices in an international service company, Through this effort he became aware of the lack of practical methods and tools addressing variability. He therefore decided to establish Maze along with his co-founders in order to pursue the opportunity.

  • Jonas Lindgren

    Managing Director - Sweden

    Jonas has over 10 years’ of experience in the Management Consultancy business covering assignments in various industry sectors.

    As an experienced project leader, he has implemented several successful change projects and educational programmes at some of Scandinavia’s largest companies. With a background in Performance Management, Jonas has hands-on experience in what drives performance in organisations.

    Jonas has a broad-based general management background with good communicative skills and the ability to focus on the key activities that really make a difference. This approach ensures effective and high-quality project delivery which constantly exceeds his clients’ expectations.

  • Jim Nicholson

    Managing Director - UK & Ireland

    Jim has over 20 years’ management consulting experience including over 11 years with a Big 4 firm where he was a partner responsible for business transformation, including shared services and post-merger integration.

    A significant proportion of his career has been spent in sales and marketing roles including key account management, new product/service introduction and ventures into new markets.

    Jim has spent a great deal of time with clients with a distributed environment, such as wholesale distribution businesses focused on increasing shareholder value through efficiencies, revenue growth and people productivity.
